LumiShield Named One of Nation’s Best University Startups

LumiShield Named One of Nation’s Best University Startups: Carnegie Mellon Spinoff To Participate in Demo Day in D.C.

Carnegie Mellon University spinoff company LumiShield has been selected as one of the best university startups of 2016 by the National Council of Entrepreneurial Tech Transfer (NCET2).

The company was one of 35 startups from a field of more than 200 to be selected to participate in the NCET2’s first University Startups Demo Day, Sept. 20 in Washington, D.C., where companies will have the opportunity to speak with congressional representatives, venture capitalists and others from industry.
