The “GLOBAL 1000 Meet | Partner | Deal  ::  Startups Conference + Showcase" is an important transaction-based conference for Fortune/Global 1000 companies (G1000), universities, angel investors, VCs, accelerators, incubators, state startup investment programs, and SBIR programs, who want to do deals with with the Fortune/Global 1000 companies.

Global Corporate Venturing is the fastest growing venturing activity in the world with already about $100 billion in venturing assets and more than $3.5 trillion in corporate revenues. The Global 1000 is becoming increasingly important in venturing success. This conference allows attendees to meet the most active Global 1000 venture investors and make all kinds of deals with them in their various areas of interest.

  • Corporate “Needs” Showcases – a series of presentations by Global 1000 companies outlining specifically their startup and technology needs.



  • Global 1000 companies will have designated tables at the conference for meetings with conference attendees. Conference attendees will be able to schedule One-on-One Meetings with them to discuss their entire portfolio of startups if they are a university, angel investor, VC, accelerator/incubator, state program manager or SBIR program manager. Invited startups/entrepreneurs can have meetings about their own startup with the Global 1000, who have requested meetings them through the startup discovery process .



  • Startups and entrepreneurs are invited to the conference through the Startup Discovery/Meeting Process to meet with the Global 1000
  • PART 1- Global 1000 Interest Survey: Startup companies, as nominated by universities, angel investors, VCs, accelerators, incubators, state startup investment programs, and SBIR programs are included on a Global 1000 Interest Survey to determine whether their are Global 1000 companies interested in the startup. Nominations are accepted on a rolling basis and included on the Global 1000 Interest Surveys in batches of 15 companies. Startups can complete the nomination form themselves, but they must include a contact from one of the official nominating groups listed, who will be contacted for completion of the official nomination of the startup.
  • PART 2- Virtual Showcases: Startups receiving the most votes on the Global 1000 Interest Surveys will be invited to do 10-minute virtual presentation for interested Global 1000 companies. Nominators provide a 1-minute introduction for the startup.
  • PART 3- Meeting Invitations: Startups who receive meeting invitations from the Global 1000 companies are invited to attend for those meetings, along with their nominator, the next GLOBAL 1000 Meet | Partner | Deal  :: Startups Conference + Showcase" which occur approximately every 6 months alternating between east and west coast.  Nominators can separately have their own meetings with the Global 1000 companies about all their portfolio companies.
